The Next Level Conversation – Young Leaders Program (NLC-YLP)
The Next Level Conversation – Young Leaders Program (NLC-YLP) is our flagship youth leadership initiative, equipping emerging leaders with the skills, mindset, and exposure required to drive change in their communities and professions.
Over the years, the program has reached more than 1,000 young Africans, offering leadership development, mentorship, and access to local and global opportunities.
Key components include:
- Leadership and Values Formation – Instilling integrity, service, and empathy as the foundation of leadership.
- Civic Engagement and Nation Building – Empowering participants to take active roles in solving societal problems.
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation Labs – Supporting youth-led solutions that promote economic growth.
- Mentorship and Global Exposure – Linking participants with mentors, networks, and international opportunities.
Impact
